Regensburg)\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5171\u540c\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u7814\u767c\u51fa\u5177\u6709\u76f8\u7576\u5927\u9707\u5e45\u4e14\u76f8\u7576\u77ed\u7684\u6b63\u8108\u885d\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u8ca0\u8108\u885d\u7684\u632f\u5e45\u5247\u662f\u5c0f\u5230\u4e0d\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5c0d\u96fb\u5b50\u614b\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u9054\u5230\u9019\u9805\u7a81\u7834\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5c07\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u6750\u6599\u5982InGaAs\u548cGaAsSb\u5404\u81ea\u4ea4\u932f\u751f\u9577\u4ee5\u5f62\u6210\u597d\u5e7e\u5c64\u7684\u5948\u7c73\u8584\u819c(nanofilm)\uff0c\u800c\u6bcf\u5c64\u8584\u819c\u50c5\u6709\u6578\u500b\u539f\u5b50\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\uff0c\u7576\u96f7\u5c04\u8108\u885d\u6253\u5165\u8584\u819c\u6642\uff0c\u5373\u53ef\u5728\u4ecb\u9762\u8655\u7522\u751f\u96fb\u8377\u5206\u96e2\u3002\u7d50\u5408\u4e86\u6b64\u5948\u7c73\u8584\u819c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u6280\u8853\u4e0a\u7684\u7a81\u7834\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u7522\u751f\u51fa\u8fd1\u55ae\u6975
