LED\u7b49\u50b3\u7d71\u5149\u6e90\u4e00\u6b21\u767c\u5c04\u55ae\u500b\u5149\u5b50\u7684\u6982\u7387\u975e\u5e38\u4f4e\u3002\u96f7\u5c04\u5149\u6e90\u96d6\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u767c\u5c04\u55ae\u5149\u5b50\u6d41\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u80fd\u7121\u6cd5\u96a8\u6642\u4fdd\u8b49\u6709\u55ae\u5149\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div \u6559\u6388\u9818\u5c0e\u7684 EPFL \u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u85c9\u7531\u5728\u77fd\u5e95\u6750\u4e0a\u751f\u9577\u7684\u5bec\u5e36\u9699\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u91cf\u5b50\u9ede\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u7814\u767c\u51fa\u7531\u6c2e\u5316\u93b5\u548c\u6c2e\u5316\u92c1 (GaN\/AlN) \u7d44\u6210\u7684\u55ae\u5149\u5b50\u5149\u6e90\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u7b26\u5408\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\uff0c\u5728\u4f4e\u6eab\u4e0b\u4e5f\u5177\u6709 95% \u7684\u55ae\u5149\u5b50\u7d14\u5ea6\uff0c\u5728\u5ba4\u6eab\u4e0b\u7d14\u5ea6\u70ba 83%\u3002\u6b64\u5149\u6e90\u5728\u9ad8\u9054 1 MHz \u7684\u5149\u5b50\u767c\u5c04\u7387\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u80fd\u4fdd\u6301\u55ae\u5149\u5b50\u7d14\u5ea6\u8d85\u904e
