\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u8207\u7522\u696d\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u5171\u540c\u958b\u767c\u4e86\u7d50\u5408\u91cf\u5b50\u8207\u7d93\u5178\u6a5f\u5668\u5b78\u7fd2\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u8a2d\u8a08\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u61c9\u7528\u65bc KRAS \u86cb\u767d\u6291\u5236\u5291\u7684\u767c\u73fe (Vakili et al., Nature Biotechnology 2025)\u3002KRAS \u662f\u764c\u75c7\u4e2d\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u81f4\u75c5\u57fa\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u9577\u671f\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u300c\u4e0d\u53ef\u85e5\u7269\u5316\u300d\u7684\u6311\u6230\u6a19\u7684\u3002\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u5408\u7d93\u5178\u9577\u77ed\u671f\u8a18\u61b6\u7db2\u8def\uff08LSTM\uff09\u8207\u91cf\u5b50\u96fb\u8def\u751f\u6210\u6a21\u578b\uff08QCBM\uff09\uff0c\u8a13\u7df4\u51fa\u4e00\u5957\u6df7\u5408\u751f\u6210\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u80fd\u5728\u9f90\u5927\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u7a7a\u9593\u4e2d\u7522\u751f\u7d50\u69cb\u591a\u6a23\u4e14\u5177\u85e5\u7406\u6f5b\u529b\u7684\u65b0\u5206\u5b50\u3002\u7d93\u7531\u865b\u64ec\u7be9\u9078\u8207\u5be6\u9a57\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u5f9e\u751f\u6210\u7684\u767e\u842c\u5206\u5b50\u4e2d\u6210\u529f\u7be9\u9078\u51fa\u5177 KRAS \u7d50\u5408\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u547d\u4e2d\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u91cf\u5b50\u8a08\u7b97\u5728\u5be6\u969b\u85e5\u7269\u7814\u767c\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u8f14\u52a9\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
