class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u96fb\u5b50\u81ea\u65cb\u5171\u632f\uff08ESR\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u5206\u6790\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u4e86\u89e3\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u3002\u5b83\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u4f86\u63a7\u5236\u5fae\u5c0f\u7684\u91cf\u5b50\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u91cf\u5b50\u8a08\u7b97\u548c\u611f\u6e2c\u6280\u8853\u6709\u8457\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u6f5b\u529b\u3002ESR\u4e00\u822c\u9700\u8981\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5927\u91cf\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u6700\u8fd1\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u767c\u73fe\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c07\u5b83\u548c\u539f\u5b50\u529b\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\uff08AFM\uff09\u6280\u8853\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u5c31\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u55ae\u500b\u5206\u5b50\u5c64\u9762\u4e0a\u9032\u884c\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u904e\u53bb\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5df2\u7d93\u6210\u529f\u5730\u5728\u6383\u63cf\u96a7\u9053\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\uff08STM\uff09\u4e2d\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86ESR\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u9019\u7a2e\u65b9\u6cd5\u6703\u5e72\u64fe\u55ae\u500b\u81ea\u65cb\u7684\u91cf\u5b50\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u800cAFM\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u4f7f\u7528\u96fb\u6d41\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u4fdd\u6301\u91cf\u5b50\u72c0\u614b\u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
